Is frozen vegetable health and good for you?

When frozen foods are made, they snap freeze product after blanching and this preserves the vitamins, so you don't get any loss nutrients. Vegetables lose goodness the longer they're out of the ground. Frozen vegies are picked at the peak of their season and quickly packed, while fresh vegies can be a lottery!
Is that true?

A lot of the veg I eat is raw, or only slightly cooked so frozen is no good for me.0

The doctors I consult with, tell me that frozen (when nothing additional is added: no salt, no solution, no sugar) is perfectly healthy.
Let's face it.. if you are like me and live in New Hampshire, winter time means no fresh local produce.... BUT, we have one grocery store that sells frozen colored-bell pepper strips 16oz bag for 1.00!!!! And they cook up PERFECTLY!!!0
