Introduction!

Hello, I’m starting out on MyFitnessPal as I start doing Pilates at home! I want to go to in-person classes but my endurance/strength is not there so I am trying to build that so I’m not embarrassed in a class. I’m currently trying to build muscles; mainly my abs.

    Hello! I have started pilates too, and honestly - GO! Go to the class! The coaching on form and technique you get from the instructors is worth its weight in gold, and they're there to help. Beginners classes are for beginners! You won't be embarrassed, or if you are, that's not the class you want to give your money to!
