Hi I am now to this. I just got diagnosed with pre diabetic. I'm wondering what pantry staples should I have on hand for the recipes? Have a great day!

you can eat anything in portions. if you can cut down on high glycemic foods, that will help. but limiting to one portion... such as rice, corn, potatoes, bread, cereals and losing weight will make a big difference. cut bread and cereals out and rarely eat potatoes.
i actually have diabetes and while i am just starting to take control of my diet for a third time. my blood sugar was controlled really well by focusing on protein and fiber the last two times. the previous times i cut out rice like it was kryptonite but this time around, my numbers are still going down while eating it.0 -
Hello! I actually have diabetes also and I try to eat low carb most of the time with the occasional treat. Some really good pantry staples include nut mixes, jerky, and I also try keep nut butters in the house bc you can eat it with so many different things like celery, apples...hope this helps!!0
