    @slimmersixties @lolakinks Cool chart! The one I have never heard of is the nose-breathing. Isn't nose breathing the way we want to sleep? What I will add too is that "taking a new medication" can be that you look Ibuprofen, or the like.

    @Skyleen75 girrrl ~ I’m right there with you. It’s tough when you know what to do but feel stuck pushing through. The fact that you’re crushing it at the gym and finding joy in movement is huge, though! 👏🏽Sometimes it’s just about small, manageable changes instead of trying to overhaul everything at once. I'm sure we’ll catch that motivation bus again.

    I said something several months ago about random men making friend requests. I give them 2 days to post in JGMTD before I delete. Most of them have such tiny pics that I can barely see them. Did you report this to the powers that be? I remember there was someone who “hugged” every post made be one of the folks on here and they were reported. I don’t know what action was taken but it stopped.

    I never spotted that! I googled it and apparently breathing through your nose helps weight loss! So really not sure what it's doing on there!

    1. Lose >3 lbs.
    2. Stick to training/meal plans.
    3. Lower sodium intake and alcohol consumption.

    College and NFL Playoffs completely derailed me: Chips & dip, chips & guac, too many IPAs. Did I mention the Entennmann's Chocolate Donuts for breakfast? #fail

    One of these added me, then deleted me within a short time. Don't know what their up to, but it's not good.
