Savory carb free breakfast

I need my savory breakfast to start my day. Started with a cup of tea and a veggies egg+eqq white omellate... hoping it will keep me full.

    Try eating the yolk. It has the fat that keeps you full and lots of vitamins!

    Well, there's what, 17 or so calories in 1 egg white so a 6 egg white omelet with around a cup of assorted veg is less than 200 calories. Not sure how many egg whites your using but if your wondering if they will keep you full tells me it's not 6 or more. I hope your not throwing out the yolks, it's basically where most of the nutrition is kept.

    you can add some cottage cheese. cottage cheese is good when scrambled with eggs. I also had chia seeds to mine. I skip the veggies though. Not a morning food in my brain :D

    Many years ago I got out of the mindset of 'breakfast food' and now it's just 'meal 1'. Sometimes I have leftovers from dinner, sometimes I'll have some grilled chicken and veg, sometimes it's soup.

    Agree with the others that the whites are going to keep you less full, the yolks are where it's at!
