Can't see a problem if you're managing to stick to your calorie goal and maintaining your weight.0

if youre at maintenance, then youre at a stage where you need to just be able to live without stressing about every single meal. Of course keep an eye on it, but if a particular meal is a bit over or a bit under your ideal, then it doesnt matter, especially if youre not even over calories. Enjoy your burrito0

personally, if i want to eat something and it's within my calories... i go for it. lost over 50 lbs that way so it works for me lol.0

Go for it girl! IMO working it into your calorie goal - planning ahead - makes it possible.0

I think it is fine, the only thing that might happen is bloating from sodium, but that'll pass.0

go for it!0

one day won't through your 'game' off balance... go for it, enjoy... no need to deprive yourself. :drinker:0

i had pie and mash for dinner yesterday. It must have been around 900 calories, but im 1lb down this morning.
its not one meal thats gonna break it all0 -
If I don't allow myself an occasional treat I will lose interest and motivation. Whilst best practice is to spread your calorie intake over several smallish meals, once in a while shouldn't do any harm - and you are still under your goal. Though eating big in the evening is not something to make a habit of...
Have a nice time, David0 -
