i say eat it, and enjoy!
  • personally? I'd eat it.
  • Can't see a problem if you're managing to stick to your calorie goal and maintaining your weight.

if youre at maintenance, then youre at a stage where you need to just be able to live without stressing about every single meal. Of course keep an eye on it, but if a particular meal is a bit over or a bit under your ideal, then it doesnt matter, especially if youre not even over calories. Enjoy your burrito

personally, if i want to eat something and it's within my calories... i go for it. lost over 50 lbs that way so it works for me lol.

Go for it girl! IMO working it into your calorie goal - planning ahead - makes it possible. :)
  • I think it is fine, the only thing that might happen is bloating from sodium, but that'll pass.

If I don't allow myself an occasional treat I will lose interest and motivation. Whilst best practice is to spread your calorie intake over several smallish meals, once in a while shouldn't do any harm - and you are still under your goal. Though eating big in the evening is not something to make a habit of...

    Have a nice time, David
