low carb dinners for family of 5?

Helllo I first want to apolize if there is any other posts like this. Sorry!! but i couldnt find them but the one for low carbs but not to many reciepes but i like it . I was wondering if there are any reciepes u guys may have for a large family or any ideas on web sites I work and I like to use my slow cooker but im new to this cooking thing lol it was always fast and easy but i have decided enough is enough feeding my kids and fiancee and myself that junk so any help would be appreicated Thanx
