So the more i work out the more i eat and ill lose weight right?
If I do what mfp tells me ill be on my way to losing weight yes.

Based on my experience, if you follow the MFP guidelines, you will lose weight.0

In theory yes you should loose the weight. I would only add an extra 200-250 calories to my plan when working out. Good luck!0

I've made a big mistake over the past year by paying attention to my TOTAL calories instead of my NET calories. I have not lost weight except the first month. So now I'm making sure my net calories stay above 1200.
my advice is make sure you undestand what you are doing!0
