So the more i work out the more i eat and ill lose weight right?

If I do what mfp tells me ill be on my way to losing weight yes.

    Based on my experience, if you follow the MFP guidelines, you will lose weight.

  • In theory yes you should loose the weight. I would only add an extra 200-250 calories to my plan when working out. Good luck!

    I've made a big mistake over the past year by paying attention to my TOTAL calories instead of my NET calories. I have not lost weight except the first month. So now I'm making sure my net calories stay above 1200.
    my advice is make sure you undestand what you are doing!
