Haven’t used this app in quite a long time. I’m glad I’m back at it. I’m having a difficult time syncing my Fitbit. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I've used the App for years. Found it to help me to be accountable.
I began at 367 pounds and I lost 105 pounds got down to 262.
Stopped following the routine and shot back up to 303 bounced back and forth for a couple years stayed between 292 and 308. I've been back since January 1, 2025. Weighted 302 January 2, Tuesday January 21 and weighed 292. So, down 10 pounds.
Can't overemphasize the importance of consistency. I looked at my old picture as a check point. Good habits is what makes it hPpen.
