New to the world of counting Macros

Hi everyone. I joined a transformation program at my gym and they use a flex dieting plan called IIFYM (if it fits your macros). So far it's been very eye opening and I'm really glad I signed up to do this and I love this app so far.

Started the program and working with a personal trainer one day a week 3 weeks ago. Always enjoyed exercising but got lazy since COVID. Planning on getting to pre-COVID weight and fitness.0
