Ok, so I started my "journey" on January 2, 2011. I am proud to say that after literally BUSTING MY *kitten*, I went from 341 to 196 lbs in 9 months! That's no pills, no shakes, no fad diets, no surgery...nada!! Just pure dedication and determination! I can't even begin to express how I feel right now. I'm not a big bragger, but damn I'm so freakin' proud of myself. I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone has been there from day 1. Especially, my gym buddies that are no longer just "gym buddies" but sisters. Ya'll have been there EVERYDAY and I love you guys with all my heart!!! I will continue to keep on truckin' and nobody will discourage me. I have another 30-35 lbs to go and I hope to achieve that by my 1 year anniversary of my lifestyle change. The journey to ONEDERLAND was tough, but damn it I'm here!! =D

    I can't see your pictures but wanted to say congratulations!!!!! That's a huge weight loss in a short amount of time too! How many calories did you allow and what types of things did you do at the gym?
