Look up information on the Mediterranean diet. Think lots of vegetables and fruit, whole grain, nuts, and only a small amount of meat.

@nimitalimaye I got this list from Healthline. As @sollyn23l2 suggested, the Mediterranean diet consists of a lot of these foods.

What are the top anti-inflammatory foods?

Foods like fruits, vegetables, and spices contain anti-inflammatory compounds and may help reduce inflammation. The most anti-inflammatory foods may include:
    • berries
    • fatty fish
    • broccoli
    • avocados
    • green tea
    • peppers
    • mushrooms
    • grapes
    • turmeric
    • extra virgin olive oil
    • dark chocolate and cocoa
    • tomatoes
    • cherries

An anti-inflammatory diet is just as, if not more, about what you don't eat as what you do. Food with anti-inflammatory properties won't do anything to offset the damage from you eating food that is inflammatory to you.

Some people find they need to avoid nightshades, of which tomatoes and peppers are culprits, others need to avoid caffeine, it's really down to what causes YOU inflammation, and avoiding those foods.

The most anti inflammatory diet is one that have the least amount refined carbohydrates, sugar, trans fats and refined seed oils basically and the ketogenic diet have all these in spades and is used for exactly that, reducing inflammation and the main reason I engaged in it to begin with many years ago, imo.

Of course peoples brains explode talking about that diet so I would recommend one that is as close as humanly possible without brains exploding. :D Adding whole grains and fruit to a ketogenic diet actually increases inflammation through glycation, forming harmful compounds called Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs) just not as much as refined carbohydrates and so I would recommend a diet that leans towards a high protein diet using animal sources, organic if possible, vegetables, fruit in the form of berries, sparingly, it's still sugar, whole grains and starchy carbs in moderation and fats from fruit sources like olive oil, coconut oil and avocado oil and animal fats.

That's about the least overall inflammatory food protocol going with carnivore even less inflammatory but even more fringe and not likely to be considered my most people.
