My first NSV!!!!!

My mate said i looked amazing today...I was in my gym kit half way thru a bike ride but she said my waist was smaller & my tummy was getting trimmer...

Hehe...made me so happy...plus I can now fit in my old linen trousers (yes I no, winter is coming) however they might be nice on the occasional warm evening out...

Starting a new challenge today so on to the next NSV...

    I've also been wondering what NSV is. I haven't been using this sight long, so I'm not familiar with all the terms yet.

    NSV means Non Scale Victory :happy:

    Good for you on your first NSV ("non-scale victory" - for Krisesngel :)) - woo hoo!!! I look forward to them myself and I also want to add that I feel comments like those are especially sweet because sometimes it takes a little longer for us to notice ourselves, so ROCK ON!!
