Hello all, new here about 9 days ago, logging my food daily! I’m shooting for 100 grams of protein a day, most days I have been successful. My appetite has decreased, not craving sweets and my body feels better overall not eating processed foods! Here’s to continued success!

    I think it’s great that you’re saying “most days”. Many new people using the app have an off day, flip out, and quit.
