Am i too skinny? Im new to this and only one week in.

    I tried eating alot but i get full fast... also i kinda wanna go into a more lean v taper physique but im not sure if i have enough meat on my bones just yet. I mean ive seen muscle progress slightly but im feeling discouraged and worried if i keep going i wont see anything or the desired result im going for.

    Hi @luvboykeneko. You don’t say how tall you are or how much you weigh. You are probably within your appropriate weight range for your height, based on the picture. You are also probably like me and want more weight to feel comfortable about your appearance. I agree, eating a lot is hard. I plan to start making a high calorie smoothie before bed and including good fats like avocados and olive oil. I think having those extra calories in at bedtime will prevent me from burning them off.     Guessing based on your pic, adding muscle needs a calorie surplus. Look at more frequent eating, and more calorie dense foods (e.g. peanut butter or nuts for snacks), and ofc high protein and structured lifting with progressive overload.

    You have great definition and you look like you're on track. Eating more is a good idea, also if you want the V taper hit your lats. Do lots of pull ups and focused back days. you're doing really good though👍
