Great job! Would love to know how you got such fast results! That is a lot of weight loss for just 4 weeks, you have a secret?0

Mostly just used the MyFitnessPal app. I am stuck now around 173 and can't seem to get lower. It is also winter time, and it is often below freezing. I don't want a gym membership, so stuck to walking when the weather allows.0

I do intermittently fasting/OMAD and when I do eat it's low carb. I also workout at least an hour a day. But mostly up to 2 hours each day. In January, I only missed ONE day of working out. So, I try to stay consistent in my workouts and when I get it's usually after 4pm (no breakfast or lunch). And I eat nothing after 6pm🙃3 -

That's a great job in weight loss and working out but not doable for the average person and not sustainable in the long run, I don't want to be a downer but hope it works for you.0 -
@Losingweightforgood2019 May I ask how many calories you eat at your one meal each day? I'm afraid of not getting enough protein or fiber eating only one or two times a day.0

Well done. You're probably in ketosis and slashing all those carbs allowed your body to get rid of all that water it was hanging onto. Don't be discouraged that you're seeing less results now. Hang in there. The water is what caused the steep drop. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll see a loss of 6 to 8 pounds per month. Do some weight-bearing movements; no equipment needed. Google it. Squats are the best, abs, triceps off the edge of a table, etc. Weigh yourself before working out - the pump you get from working out is all about water in the muscle. You'll weigh a little more so get on the scale before you start.2

I am not sure if I am reading what you are saying correctly. Are you saying that you do not eat breakfast or lunch, and then only have an eating window of 4:00pm-6:00pm daily? So, just two hours when you can take in nutrition? Not sure if I am reading that accurately.0
