Meal Replacement Ideas

Ideas on quick smoothies to slim down, meal replacement. Any thoughts,recommendations would be appreciated

Not sure what your calorie goal is but one of my meal replacement smoothies is:
1 individual fairlife chocolate milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 table spoon peanut butter
1 individual container Ratio vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
This is prob 600 cals (approx depends on what brands you use). And I usually drink this for bfast. And I'm not hungry until dinner afterwards so it holds all day. If you want to make it low calorie: sub in PB powder, use no sugar almond milk and split the yogurt in half. That will make this in the 300 calorie range. But it will not hold you as long.1 -
To be honest, solid food keeps me full while a smoothie would never.2
