Export weekly log into excel

I am a macro coach, owner of Macrofit by PeruvianPrincessFit - a virtual weight management and body recomposition program. My clients check in with me once x week using an excel spreadsheet that I built for the purposes of tracking and monitoring their progress.they must manually enter every number for P, C, F and fiber (steps, water, and exercise are other variables they report too) for 7 days of the week into the excel manually. This can become a little tedious after a few weeks. I’ve worked as a client with many other macro coaches and they work the same way were we must report all those numbers into a spreadsheet. All these clients around the world are using MFP. It would be ideal to have a way to click a button and have AT LEAST P, C, F, f export directly into a flat excel for the week so they can just copy paste. I have other ideas too, I have a tech background and been an avid user of MFP for years so would like to somewhat collaborate on improvements with a coach eye.

We do offer a Data Export feature for our Premium users! You can learn more about this feature by clicking here.

For those using a free account, here are some options that we hope you will find useful.

Using a web browser, log in to your account at on our website. Mobile app users should log in using the same email address and password they use in the app.

Once you've logged in, click the "Food" tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "View Printable Report." Choose a date range and click "Change Report." From your browser's menu, select "Print." In addition to printing to paper, you may have the option to save the report as a PDF, which you could then share by email. However, this feature may not be available on all computers.

Another option is to set up diary sharing. If the individual with whom you wish to share your diary creates a MyFitnessPal account, he or she can view your diary at any time.
