Still getting pop ups with Premium?

Is anyone else still getting a Premium Features pop up everytime they try to use the app?
I splurged for the subscription to get away from the constant ad interuptions but its starting to feel like they were just replaced with another incessant pop up.

    I am cannot get the second widget to get past the Premium issue...and am a Premium user

    I have premium but got locked out of premium. So far it feels like I’ve been talking to a robot through email. I have provided several screenshots of proof I’ve paid the 1 year subscription and still can’t access premium features. This app is a joke!
