I joined 9/16 and have lost 2.3lbs. I love reading all the great success stories. I hope to be one in a few months.

Thanks for the welcome. I walked a 5k yesterday and didn't do to bad with the eating before and afterward. Today I just feel like it's not working. I am just not losing weight. I have lost 2lbs since 9/16 and I just feel like it should be more. Guess I am just having a blues/pity/party/day! I just need to try and snap out of it. Anyone else have these kinda of days?:sad:0
