I’ve had seven back surgeries and a spinal cord stimulator implanted in my body two times in 14 days due to a staph infection in T10. I thought that with a pick line in my left bicep for 90 days IVs day and nightand removed once a year later re-implanted three months after that it works now. I still have movement restrictions 45 pounds max weight all the time and 90 pounds occasionally. Can you suggestions on how I can exercise to gain my strength back cut some weight and just get healthier

The good news is weight loss is mostly diet. So if you start tracking your calorie inputs and making some changes there, that's achievable even without much exercise.

As for suggestions to build strength, that should really start with your specialist and PT. Do more than the PT suggests (imo they suggest the minimum amount, knowing many people won't even do that much). Start light and progress slowly.

In general, I'd assume that walking would be good for your fitness and core strength. Maybe you could later graduate to a weighted vest, starting light just 5-10 pounds at first. If you're thinking about resistance training, I expect you'd want to use machines where you could remain seated for max spine support, e.g. horizontal chest press and fly's. The chest supported row might be good for your back, without loading the spine. For legs, if you can do a bodyweight squat then maybe you can progress to a goblet squat, again assuming the PT clears it.

Hmmm, the chest supported row db image was working earlier but not now. Maybe this will work:
