I'd post a brag. Need to re-find my motivation...

Size 6 jeans.... (and a dirty mirror).

    You are doing fantastic. I wish I could get back to a size 6, but right now I am aiming for my size 8's. I think in about 5 pounds they will fit comfortably. Then I will wait until they are too big to look at 6's I haven't been in them since I had my first child almost 10 years ago. You are inspirational!

    Great work! I think if I got back in the single digits again, my motivation would be to work to STAY there....getting lax or slipping back into old habits can easily find us back in our fat pants. That's no place for a fit girl :wink:

    You look amazing. I would be happy to be out of double digits jeans. Great work. I know you are having a hard time, but it does get better I promise you.

    I found that if I did things to honor my mother I felt better. Such as, planting a garden or flower she liked, buying her favorite flowers, wearing a piece of her jewelery , celebrating holidays the way she did, tell stories to my nieces and nephews about her..etc. I even wrote 2 children's books about stories from our childhood (still waiting to be published soon)! I found these things brought me joy and made me think think of her.

    And yeah, Reenie20, I've decided to sew my daughters' Halloween costumes because my mother always did it for us. And I think I'm going to take all the pictures I gathered for the open house and turn them into a photo album (from one of those websites) for all my siblings.

    That is a great idea. It will make you feel good and your siblings too. I did something similar with pics and videos. My dad loved it.
