I’m about to be 60. As part of my goal to stay alive and improve chronic ill health so I can visit children and play with grandchild, I want to lose 60lbs this year.

You can do it, and it will be worth it!

I did it. So can you. Riding the carousel last week without worrying “will I break it?” Versus being able to climb up on the one next to my granddaughter’s animal of choice…. Wonderful.
Playing in the ball pit, climbing through the maze on hands and knees, sliding down with her…..priceless.
Not to mention feeling so much better the 99% of the time she’s not around. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻1 -
How can we get you started towards your goal towards Ultimate Grandpa?1

I’m actually Anne, or Grannie Annie as I’m called to my grandson!
My challenge is consistency and not giving up.1 -
Hi Anne,
I also have chronic illness and am doing this to stay alive and thrive! I too struggle with consistency and not giving up. Maybe we could encourage one another?1 -
Hope it's going well! I'm turning 60 this year and hoping to lose 60# too!0
