    So I was debating where to post this but I thought this would be a good place because I honestly feel like I am going to have amazing success this month and from here on out!!! So I got this idea from one of my MFP friends home page "thanks Kathleen" about posting goals for October so here's mine.
    1: Do the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred every day. Day one finished.
    2: Track every day and try to stay within my calorie allowance.
    3: Drink at least 8 glasses of water and to just stay positive.
    4: Lose 10 lbs.

    To keep my motivation going I even posted before pics on my fridge and pantry to keep me from being tempted by the junk with a big sign that reads " You DON"T need that you want a BABY!!!!" It's going to be a great month. Here's to a new beginning :) Thanks everyone for your support!!!!



    I just signed up today, and I stumbled onto your goals and I think they are great! I too want to lose weight to have a baby, and am glad to know I am not alone in this! I love your idea about the fridge! We have a similar goal in the amount we want to lose as well. I have a Jillian Michaels DVD and haven't tried it but I am doing the C25K program but would like to do Jillian's or Zumba on the off days.. Here's to being healthier and happier to achieve other goals! Thanks for this post, I am glad you decided to post it! YOU can do this!!!

    Lose at least 12 pounds this month...

    UNDER 200 LBS my mid-November...OMG SO CLOSE!!!!!!!!

    With a goal to lose 6 lbs this month my plan is to:

    30 Day shred (2 times a day)

    WATER x 1000 %

    Track Cals

    low carb/high protein regiment

    Do one weekly out doors activity with my kids

    Awesome job!!!! Can't wait until I can just run a full 5K. I can do 2 miles nonstop which is a huge improvment to gasping for air after just 2 minutes :)

    Goals for Oct.

    Lose 10lbs
    Exercise 5-6 times per week
    Stay under my cals every day!
    Drink 3-4 liters of water per day
    Refuse all bring-home treats from my husband unless its a Banana Beach smoothy from Booster Juice.
    If I'm going to eat out, its needs to be subway and NOT pizza.
    Get a crock-pot and make 10 frozen crock pot meals.

    Love this post -- exactly what I needed.

    1. Stick to marathon training plan and run 4 days per week including full mileage for long runs.

    2. No chocolate and cut down significantly on sugar.

    3. Do strength training 2X/week.

    4. Stay with in calorie allotment each day.

    5. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies.

    6. No binge eating!!!!!
