Horse riding

Hi guys! I'm brand new to all this so just learning. For my experience I don't attend a gym, I ride my horse. Was wondering if I could add my riding time as my excersize routine? Tia x

    You certainly can yes, riding burns calories and engages certain muscle groups. Obviously the calorie burn will vary a bit depending on the intensity of your ride.
