You say 'more', so you have already lost weight? How much? doing what? What's your age, height, current weight?

A weight loss goal is just a number unless you have a concept of a person's weight as it is, height, age, ect. A 15 pound weight loss for some adult weighing 80 pounds is far different than a 263 pound adult looking to lose 15 pounds.

What I am saying is the devil is in the details. Unless more details are provided, suggestions may not mean much.

A good variety of foods, mostly nutritious and by preference satiating, such that you can meet both your reasonably set nutritional quality and reasonably set and appropriate caloric goals.

No particular food directly causes weight loss*

*Actually some will: A light case of listerial contamination may have you shedding some weight fast, but that weight is not fat and the remedy may be a bit harsh.

Similarly most other ways of eating that promise disproportionately fast results are mainly manipulating your water weight and only partially affecting your fat reserves. Doesn't mean that they can't work: just that fat loss, in the end, won't be disproportionately fast!

Now. If your question is more generic, i.e. you are trying to explore different cuisines and to get food ideas you might perhaps give an indication of what you've been eating happily most of your life.

Out of curiosity, have you ever carefully logged what you've been eating and reviewed and ranked your preferences via a vis the calories they cost ya?
