No one app that I know of is going to track all those things. You can find free apps for each one, but free or pay, you'll likely need to accept multiple apps.

Have you looked at any of the integrator apps, like Health Connect or Apple Health? I'm not sure how much they do of what you want, but their point is kind of to pull data from multiple other apps together into one dashboard. There may be others on the market, too, those are just the biggies I've become aware of by osmosis, not having researched that space because that isn't a function I've particularly wanted for myself.

You ever thought using a journal instead of a app. You're doing same thing just writing it down instead of putting into a phone App. They sell journals that can track your woman things. / weight loss. https://a.co/d/4elHUaN. Found this on Amazon for tracking women's weight loss. Yes I did that .went on Amazon and search women's weight loss journal. Hopefully that could help. But problem with app. It uses up alot of your battery life, on your device. However a app that tracking everything sounds like it could be your million dollars invention. Sure you not the only one who would use it if it was invented.

I totally agreeI. Sometimes it feels like a moneygrab. All these apps have a premium or plus to click on to charge you more more more. By the time you pay for the gym, the food and the apps.Sometimes you think what the hell am I doing? I'm sick of it and I just started today. Pay pay pay

Apple health (connected to my Apple Watch) does my cycle, heart rate, steps/activity, will also do sleep if you wear it at night.
