almost no data taken from Apple Health?

Dear community, Michael here, Premium since yesterday and a bit dellusioned: Why doesn't myfitnesspal take all sorts of data from Apple Health? it only imports steps? Health is the biotope of all my data, that's where my Apps deliver to and mfp takes only the steps from it? My burnt calories are completly wrong and I'm supposed to enter sports manually?

Entering food is quite ok (thanks for that part! 👏🏼), so shouldn't it be called myEATpal then? 🤣

Cheers
Michael

I am not here to help, just complain just the same. At least your steps import. I have turned everything on and expected my steps to import into myfitnesspal and I got nothing. Crap is useless. I just log in the time of my actual walks I take. Anyting aside from that, I just let it go. As long as my Apple Health/Fitness tells me I reached my goal, good enough for me.

did you go to privacy and allow permission to share from apple to MFP?

and assuming you’ve got an Apple Watch. iPhone alone will not sync or share to MFP.

Of course I did. And MFP is not interested to show more than steps from there. It could take much more from there. "There" meaning Apple Health. That's a pool of data that several Apps and the Watch and iPhone themselves put their collected data to. Wether I have a watch or an iPad or a Mac is not important as long as Apple Health is being filled with various data.

And MFP just doesn't take it. I can look up all sorts of health data about me in Apple Health. MFP doesn't. Why not? Implement that already, please.
