                    Hello there everyone!
Very new, but willing to try anything. I am getting married in 7 months and want to look the best that i have ever looked. And yes i know - "he loves me for me and it doesnt matter, i shouldnt have to change myself for the wedding" - but the thing is i want to and this it the perfect motivator to help me with it!
So any tips or tricks or even just some supporters are more then welcome :happy:

            Hi my nephew lost 60 lbs doing this and my husband lost 25. Took about 6 months. Easy too. Because they didn't set unrealistic goals. Thier goal was half a pound a week. I'm starting tommorow October 3. I would like to lose one pound a week but am being told by hubby not to do that because 1200 cals a day will make me fail. But a half a pound a week is torturous! i need to see results to keep motivated. Good luck!0
