HI every one! I have been abit down as of late due to my stalled weight loss. I am trying to keep motivated but feel like I have hit a wall.I just turned 26 and feel old and heavy even though I have come along way. I have changed my lifestyle ( i dont like the "diet" word) for the better and do my best to live by my new way of living. I just dont understand why it has been extra hard to gain muscel lately. I do want to loose more weight but I know its going to take time, however i havent seen a budge in cloths or scale.. Any who that is my rant for this evening.. thanks for reading.. Take care MFP..

When I do feel that way, I just work harder the next. You can do it kiddo. Stay disciplined.

Feeling down, too... but has nothing to do with weight loss... just thought I'd join in since the question was asked. Prob gonna write a blog... usually helps me to feel better about whatever is getting me down. :frown:

    Definitely here for support, though.
  • Don't despair. You will get there. The change in seasons I find makes it hard this time of year. Sometimes your body just needs a breather. Either way patience will get you there.

Yes of course I have underlying things that are bugging me but none no one wants to hear about!. I hope all will be able to find the strength to pull out of this aweful feeling!

I know what you mean... but sometimes it helps to get those things off our chests no matter what the forum or medium we use. I know I don't have anyone to talk to about this stuff... so this is as good a place as any for me.
