Accurate website for calorie counts

Hi, I'm new here. Can anyone tell me what is a good website for accurate calories in foods? For example, I'm looking for calories in 100g of lean ground chicken. I've seen as high as 237 in Fatsecret, also 160 in a later post by Fatsecret, and this site here has many different answers, some as low as 100. Hard to plan a meal this way.

    The amount of 'lean' differs per product, plus people can add their own entries to the database. Is there any calorie information on the packaging? Can you search for the brand? Or do you make the mince yourself? If so then use an entry for raw and the cut of meat you use.

    I compare the label of what I am cooking to what is entered in on this site and select the one that matches. If i can't find one that matches I enter the item in myself.

    If the product doesn't havea nutritional label, the USDA has a useful database (check the legacy entries) for whole foods.

    I’d use the USDA for something like that. Honestly, I just created my own foods for just about everything I ate while I was losing. It was easier to just look it up once and know it was correct.
