I am looking for a good healthy clean eating style cookbook...I have looked at a few, the clean eating one by Tosca Reno for instance, and I notice that these cookbooks have maybe 5 to 6 recipes under the various categories. I was hoping to find a cookbook that had more to choose from under the various categories, soups, side dishes, meats, etc. –
Any ideas?
Thanks!

How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman is my standby. Basic recipes with riffs and additions using simple, natural, fresh ingredients. Lots of technique tips as well.

The Clean Eating Magazine has a lot of recipes each month, plus the website has some interesting stuff on it:

Thanks, that is great, I would much rather have recommendations to check out then just buying something! I will look in the Clean Eating Magazine and website, as well as Mark Bittman's cookbook! :)
