Wow, and there we are at the end of February, Usually Feb goes much more slowly for me as its usually gray and gloomy. We have had plenty of that but also some really nice sunny days which always helps. Today is one of them

Feb 6 204 pms and not been eating great. Going to my first Zumba tonight since feeling better. Hope I don’t hack up a lung. Unfortunately I didn’t get to go. I was coughing and and was too tired to go.

Feb 11 203 went to my happy place (Disney) over the weekend so I’m glad not a hike with the salty foods at Epcot. Did notice with all the walking that my lungs are definitely not at full capacity.
Feb 14 203 guess just glad not gaining. Still haven’t tried working out. Just getting my step goal in at work. Did take a walk around the neighborhood the other day. 80s are ending for now and it will be in the 60s this upcoming week.

Feb 26 204 working out again this week. Need to stick with it. Need to do better on calories.
Feb 28 204. Better than 206 but I know that I retaining some water from working out again and pms. I’m hoping for much better numbers in March. Have a great weekend everyone!3 -

So many ups and downs this month.
While I had hoped February was going to be the month I hit my first goal . I am ending the month slightly less than where I started. Certainly not where I wanted to be but it could have been worse.
I did have some things working against me , both beyond my control, (starting HRT) and a couple slip ups in the food department when cravings got away from me.
Its a good reminder to myself that at one time, I would not have reeled it back , instead letting myself continue in the wrong direction due to being too discouraged or, not even knowing how to get things back on track. It comes down to discipline at the end of the day for me.
Spring ahead is just around the corner!🌴☀️🌴☀️❤️
