    I had my smoothy for dinner instead of breakfast today... AND I went for a big walk with my kids... it was supposed to be a rest day, but I just couldn't.

    Today, I visited a good friend who had already said some very nice things about the way I look. When we had said goodbye and I turned around to leave, she yelled, "Oh, my god, look how small your butt is now!" So, my butt is smaller. That's different! Thank you, Couch to 5K program!

    Different today* hmmm. . . Well I ate a bit of a spicy hot dog and haven't eaten anything like that in a long long time~!

    Ummmm what was different about my day????............I took the dog for a walk (not that different i know) and dropped her lead in her doodoo when i bent over to pick it up, so had to walk along with poopy on the lead and wash it when i got home :0(
