Measurements

I just want to say, especially for those of us who don't have a lot of weight to lose, the importance of measurements. Muscle weighs more than fat. I started at the beginning of the year watching what I eat, and working out. I have been tracking my weight and my measurements. So far I have only lost about 5lbs, but I have lost 15 inches!

Wow! Congratulations! I wish I could be so lucky! I lost 20 pounds, and my belly/hips/thighs hardly budged (my chest, arms, and face, on the other hand...........).
May I ask, how old you are? I used to have an easier time losing weight all over, but after menopause things changed a lot.0 -
I am 47.0

Congratulations on your weigh loss!!
However, it is important to clarify that:"muscle weighs more than the same volume of fat, but it's denser and therefore takes up less space."4 -
Congrats on the change. Truly inspiring.0
