My name is Kristin, 5’3 36 with a 5 yo boy. Back again! This time I’m making it a lifestyle. I have only been back in the 130s once (2021) since having my kid and I need to get back there. Not only for my confidence and self esteem, but for him. I want to be in those pictures I feel too fat to take. Preschool graduation is 5/20 and I am tired of hiding from the camera. I want to take family photos and have those lasting memories and now is the time. My goal for March is to get under 150. This time I have clothes goals and rewards too. I am purging my fat closet (my husbands shirts) and back to MY personal wardrobe.
155-throw out one shirt
150- throw out two shirts
145- throw out three shirts, throw out one hoodie
*these are shirts that shrunk too short for my hubby to wear lol
5/10 goal: under 140
8/1 goal: 130 (going to gulf shores with family)
UGW:125
2/14: 163.6
3/1: 156.8
I will be weighing in every other day bc I get too discouraged seeing the scale go up with the fluctuations. My health insurance started a wellness challenge at work and 1st-3rd individuals get a prize as do 1st and 2nd teams so my coworkers and I have been walking an hour at lunch every day these last two weeks. I even bought an under the desk pedal machine and have been doing at least 200 minutes on that every weekday. My hubby and I also bought a stationary bike this week so I am committed to getting healthy. The challenge ends the end of March but I plan on keeping at the bike while I work and going to try to work back up to running. I ran 4 marathons before I had my kiddo and just having that ability to go out and run 3 miles in 30-35 minutes was always a sense of pride for me. I am a very competitive person so I am always striving to beat my previous times/distance but I also have a fear of failure so the why bother attitude has hit me hard lately. Soooo this is me and here I am! Let’s do this!7 -

Toward the end of February I actually ballooned back to 214, and while I'm not always daily weighing, I've been back to exercise and adding in 15 min yoga sessions. Small progress behind the scenes, even if I'm not posting as much. Have a good Saturday.4 -

So February wasn’t very successful. At least I didn’t gain. I want to make changes in March to get the scale moving down again. I’ll need to exercise more but most importantly keep my calories in check. That’s been the challenge.
Here’s to success to everyone in March! 😀4 -

Welcome MARCH! We had beautiful weather yesterday , sunny and 54 degrees and I went icefishing, something I haven't done in YEARS. Didn't catch a thing my self other than a bit of a sunburn on my face but had a great time. In total we caught 3 salmon so we cooked that up last night. It was amazing.
Today will be another nice day.
Wishing everyone a successful March in their journey.

Happy March all! It brings the promise of spring although it’s still terribly cold where I am. I wasn’t sure what emojis to put at the top of my post cause were between seasons so I randomly settled on aliens and robots. Maybe I’ll switch it up to keep myself entertained.
Thanks and three cheers to @ManifestingToday for starting us off right

Replaced the scale batteries and ready to keep the calories in check. I had a much wanted loss in Feb. but I slightly disrupted my plan by having a couple glasses of wine with a wonderful steak dinner last night and then ate graham crackers later after my tracking day was done ….that’s out of my system now! Today begins ramping up my veggies again and prepping healthy choices for the week ahead.5 -
134.4. Been away for a few days with lots of eating out. March goal is 130. Will be a challenge for me but it is a feasible goal.4

Lots of water today. I made sausage tortellini soup with extra spinach that I ate around 7pm and stayed under my calories both Saturday and Sunday so I know the .2 loss is kind of small due to the salt. I fell like I retain salt weight a lot more then I used to. Last month it was a 1.5lb drop after I drank water the next day after a salty dinner so I am not too stressed. Peddling the bike at work today and then group walk over lunch.2 -
Highest Weight 212 lbs | Ultimate Goal 140 lbs | First Goal 165 lbs
January Goal 167. 9 | February 167.2 | March Goal 165
3/1- 168.9- 11,283 steps- no workout
3/2- 168.5- 14,724 steps- 2.5 miles hike with weighted vest, biceps/tricep strength day
3/3- 166.9
wowza, that was an unexpected drop. I hope it sticks but I assume its related to the fact that I did a 2.5 mile hill climb hike with my weighted vest yesterday. It was a big challenge physically. I was never so happy to get that thing off when I was done. I also ate nothing but protein and vegetables yesterday with no additional snacking. As I was devouring my post hike meal of steak and eggs, it occurred to me that not all that long ago the weighted vest weight of 25 lbs was my actual regular weight I was carrying around.
Have a great Monday everyone

Determined to eat clean and stick to calorie limits this week…..I apparently hurt my back as I woke up with pretty moderate pain and stiffness in my sacroiliac area, ugh! I blame myself for probably overdoing at the gym last week. I mean while I’m at a class I tell myself “make it work” but limits are important too. Will need to cancel weight training tonight.2 -
Hey all!
37-year-old female here. Biological mom of 2 (14,16) bonus mom of two (10, 22).
I was skin and bones until I hit 28. boom went from 105 ponds (5'2) to 130 then to 140 then next thing ya know 165. With healthy ways I dropped down to 155 and then my health insurance allowed me to get Zepbound. I am now down to 137. Have to be honest after months of working out twice a day and eating healthy our house got hit with the norovirus and the flu at once. it knocked us on our butts for almost two weeks. I lost my mojo, haven't been on the treadmill or worked out. I keep losing weight because I eat half of what I use to eat but I feel like it's still cheating.
Now that its March I promised myself to get back to it. I feel so much better when working out.
I would like to be down to 130/125 by May 4th - My husband and I are going on a cruise just the two of us this time.
We went on one last year and didn't get in one single picture. I was at my heaviest and hated the way I felt and looked. I felt like I worried more about how I looked then enjoyed what we were doing. The photographer came around to the table at night to take photos. I didn't even recognize myself when I saw it.
Here's to a healthy March.
