Hi to everyone doing Turbo Fire!

I've just started and I'm sooooooooooooooo enjoying it. Quick question - I did the Core 20 workout today and notice that everyone was using red resistance band with handles. In my set I just got a green one (with no handles). Can I use this or should I be getting ones with handles? I noticed that the red ones seem to be longer (and ovbiously easier to grip).

    The red one comes in the deluxe package from beachbody. You could probably just go to a sports store and get one or try ebay. The red band is 30 lbs resistance. I did Core 20 and Stretch 40 today. I am loving it so far!

    I bought the standard set from BeachBody and got the red resistance band. I also bought a set from eBay and it did NOT come with the red resistance band (da*% pirates!!). You already have your DVDs, so just pick up a band from a local store.
