Smeaches...for that sweet tooth

Ok I know we all love the old staple, The Smore, but with all that chocolate and marshmallow it can rack up the calories without us even knowing it. I found a new recipe for a "healthy smore" I live in Houston so peaches are still available right now, but apples can be substituted.

"The Smeach"

1 peach
1/8 cup of brown sugar
Dash of Cayenne pepper (taste to desired spiciness)
Marsh mellow
Gram Crackers

Cut peach in 1/8s, coat the peach in mixture of brown sugar and Cayenne pepper, skewer a slice on a skewer. add marsh mellow. Roast! smash on gram cracker, and enjoy!

you can enjoy two whole smeaches for around 170 calories.... 166.5 to be exact! :wink:

I know that apples will also do well for this recipie. Any other fruit ideas?
