I managed to escape covid during the pandemic! A man cane to church, had covid & sat by us. He didn't know he had it until next morning. 17 of us got it. Even his wife & she passed away. It has been so sad! My husband & I both have covid BUT we’re MuCH better! I
managed a 30 min walk with my fur baby. Hope to be bak to my 3 miles soon…0 -

I already walk or row most days (with occasional gym) but I need to add 20 min indoor weights/floor exercises daily (was going to go for 30 mins but that feels like a long time some mornings!) I'll just count the days when I did 20 min vs days I didn't. Thank you for this challenge - accountability helps!

Today I am helping my DH after yesterday’s 3+ hour double hernia surgery.
The surgery was more involved with the bladder intertwined.

I hope you feel better!!!! I have Covid right now too! Just after March 1 -1st day of starting this challenge - I felt great then Bam. First time I’ve ever had it. Ugh. Today was the first day I could breathe and get out of bed.

Its been a long 10 days! I’m much improved but still that nasal drainage & some cough. My husband too. Our energy returning BUT at ages 72 & 76 we KNOW not to over do. We’ve been staying in to protect others as well as ourselves.
