    I just did :smile: I don't log my food here (been using something else for it before I joined MFP), but my cardio logs should be viewable to all.
    If I didnt know that the person in the first picture and the last were the same person...I would think your before picture was of your mom! Really amazing transformation!
    Sad thing is, at my highest, I used to look OLDER than my mom! I'm just glad that I finally look my age, more or less. Hoping to look a little younger when I'm at my goal.

    No secrets! 1250 net calories (gradually increased from 1000-ish), 110+g protein, 20-30g fiber, some form of fruits/veggies every day (not a whole lot... still working on that). Cardio and weight training, as hard as I could muster. Common sense stuff :smile:
