nutrient dense food for micronutrients?

something that's easy to prepare or I can just eat directly since I am lazy but anything goes.

Generic question, so generic answer: Lots of varied, colorful veggies and fruits for lots of micronutrients.
Easiest prep: Frozen veggies, microwaved. Whole fruit eaten raw. Salads from a bag.
You need some protein and fats, too.
Easy protein: Rotisserie chicken. Pouches of tuna (in moderation) or chicken. Cottage cheese, plain or unsweetened nonfat Greek yogurt.
Easy fats: Nuts, nut butters, seeds, olive oil, avocados.

I think Ann covered it. My go-to after work was always a thin-cut boneless pork loin chop in the George Foreman and a favorite veg—for me, broccoli or asparagus—in the microwave. Fresh tomato or cucumber if I had it. A previously baked potato or sweet potato in the microwave with the veggies sometimes.
In the winter, soup made when you have time. The kind that's Better every time you heat it up.
Eggs—fried, scrambled, or hard-cooked.
