@itladyee I was actually mulling a similar concept. One larger post at the beginning of the round, then just the collection of daily numbers for the next 9 days.

I've made it too, my next round posts will be very condensed as I fly to Rome tomorrow & will be posting on my 'phone. Also I will not have scales. We have loads of walking ahead with the sightseeing planned, but plenty of challenges too; pasta, pizza, gelato, lemoncello!! Will do my best to stay on plan & only one 'treat' per day 🤞.

I only use my phone and did a search for round 290 which worked. I couldn’t find the “view post” on the 289 entry but no big deal.

Historical Averages: I like to track averages due to my wild fluctuations. For the same reason, I like to weigh daily so I can see the lows from time to time. It gives me hope. As I look back over time I choose to let it inspire me rather than depress me.

Hi, I'm Charissa.
Thank you, @quiltingjaine , for continuing these supportive rounds!
January: good until I got sick. (I rarely get sick ~ thanks grandkids! )
February: it seemed my body was trying to overcompensate for being sick....it was odd.
March R1: I did fairly well last round, Down 2.2 vs the 3.3 that I wanted but I will take as a win. Continuing my focus for the month, micromanaging! My March BHAG ~Big Hair Audacious Goal is to lose 10lbs. 10lbs in March translates to about 3.9 pounds for the next 2 rounds.
Re: MFP Changes – Initial Post will include Spoiler with all stats.How Will I do this:
Micromanager ~ proactive and timely review of my actions.
Back to participating in Step Bet which will get my steps up. Aim to burn 2,900+ calories (per Apple watch which translates into closing my move goal)
TDEE experiment ~ I will elaborate on this after a couple of weeks.

Goal#2 - Wine/Alcohol Reduction - 85% Dry March or better ** 🚫🍷Alcohol kills weight loss as the focus is burning alcohol calories and not fat calories!
Goal #3 - Water - Minimum 50 ounces - Maximum 100 (only if consumed before 6pm) H2O - Make it Flow 💦💦💦
Goal #4 - Exercise - 6 days a week (Cardio, Core, Stretching, Strength Training) ~ 🚶🏾♀️➡️🏋🏾♀️ Don't think, just do it!!
Goal #5 - Self Care (Reading, Journaling, Monthly recap, Learning, Pampering)

3/12 DNW - a hectic 1st full day in Rome, it really to walk across to Vatican City, a tour of St. Peter's Basilica including a climb up 550 steps to the top of the dome. In the afternoon we visited the Cistern Chapel & Vatican museums. A mind blowing day with the grandeur & amazing paintings. A tiring but satisfying 15.5 miles, 36.5K steps.

03/12 178.2 Oops!!! Too much tasting while cooking dinner. Two days in a row of just a little bit too much and boom I spike right up.
I also felt like a slug yesterday, a slug running in circles. I couldn’t get anything accomplished. Which led to feelings of being anxious and overwhelmed. At a certain point I recognized how I was feeling and told myself to just get through it, tomorrow will be a new day. That made me feel less overwhelmed.
Being human is such hard work! I should say being an emotionally and physically healthy human is hard work.
Today IS a new day. I’ve got my morning mojo. I’m going to need it to carry it through this round. I have social engagements involving food almost every day. My birthday is coming up and most years it’s a non-event but for some reason this year everyone (and their moms) wants to have lunch or brunch or a drink or dinner.
Thank goodness for all my workout friends who say “wanna go for a run and maybe punch things for an hour?”

3/12: it was a gloriously beautiful day yesterday for my birthday and I took it off- long outside walk, pruned roses and went shoe shopping for the first time since my foot surgery, then dinner at DD's house. Wonderful day. Now back to plan….

Just Give Me 10 Days – Round 290
March 12 – 21, 2025

3/12 – Well I did not finish round 289 with the number that I wanted, though I saw it for two days prior. Then I did my mini binge (worthy ½ lb max) with lots of salt. Was hoping to come down quickly yesterday, but last night was out to eat. Calories (according to my tracking) were excellent. I am hoping/thinking I am still fighting with sodium. Today’s new variable will be that I am back to the gym and next session with the trainer. Was unable to find any of that “me” time during our family time together, but totally worth the trade off. My hope for this round is to clear the sodium, keep calories on track, be consistent with exercise, and I am hoping to not only get back to the 134.6, but to pass it and MAYBE see a “3” instead of that “4”. Let’s see.
