Any breakfast recommendations?

Hello does anyone have any breakfast ideas from 360 calories or under? I would usually have 2 power waffles and strawberry juice(I make it), and I thought that I should vary in my choices :))

That's a recipe for a big insulin spike which doesn't work for me. !00g's of salmon and 2 eggs are just under 300cals and works for me.

I make a spinach scramble which comes in at 287 calories according to this app. Two eggs, handful of spinach, 2T low-fat milk, 1/4c low-fat ricotta cheese. Mix it up and cook it in a nonstick pan. Salt and pepper to taste.

I don't know what power waffles are, but my breakfast tends to be high in carbs, because I need it. 1 part oats, 2 parts skyr, few raisins, and whatever fruit I have. It's somewhat chewy and fills me up for a long time.

Plain nonfat Greek yogurt, peanut butter powder, frozen berries (thawed overnight in fridge or briefly in microwave, or still frozen if you like it to be more ice cream like).

Peanut butter on Ezekiel pita, glass of kefir.

There are a dozens of varied recipes online for egg muffins, though ideally you need a muffin tin. Most of those, you could bake in a pan (it'll take somewhat longer at the same baking temp compared to muffin shapes), then cut up into servings, and freeze part for future microwaving.

My 158 calorie go-to is half a cup of Original Special K, a half cup of berries, and one cup of unsweetened almond milk. I know this is high in carbs, but it works for me.

I do some overnight oats with flax chia, and Greek yogurt. I also top with protein granola to help too. Usually comes in 300 or less pending toppings. Quick easy and filling for a while.

My breakfast this morning was 339 calories:
220g fat free yogurt, 2 tbsps jam mixed in, 30g piece of wheat toast.

I tried sugar free jam, but it is so low on flavor I couldnt do it.
