 March 18 - 4kmTotal: 25km Goal: 28km I almost didn't go today. I planned hill repeats so I didn't go on my lunch break. It was also raining and I don't like to run on my lunch break as I can't take a hot shower after it. I got home tired and hungry. It was raining and getting colder. I didn't want to go back out the door. I knew I had to. I had to stop giving into excuses. So out the door I went. I walked more then I ran, but IT WAS AWESOME!!!!! I ran through puddles, I got soaked and loved every minute of it. I checked my running journal and my last rain run was December 29, 2023. That's not a typo. My running is getting back on track! 2
