Hi. Can someone help me find the setting for TEF on the app? I am using the free version currently. Thank you.

    As far as I know, there is no setting for TEF in either free or premium MFP. I admittedly don't know everything, but I've been using the app for almost 10 years, but that's not as long as you've had an ID here. I'm curious how you would use such a thing . . . are you visualizing estimating your calorie intake net of TEF or something like that?
