in MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions

I have a link to get on saved on my desktop. The last couple days it takes me to the page but says it's a bad connection and doesn't load properly. Now I am getting a 502 Error message when I click the link.

Anyone else have a link saved on their desktop having the same issue?

    Yes. I can access on my phone, but not my computer. It started last night.

    Same deal here. This is the last straw for me and MFP. Too many things wrong with the site that can't/won't get fixed by tech support because it's super uncommon. 12 years of daily logging in down the drain, lol.

    I hope this gets fixed for you OP.

    Sorry, you mean you have a saved link on your computer desktop to access https://www.myfitnesspal.com/ ? Are you able to access the site by typing in the URL normally? Can you create a new desktop bookmark or use one in your browser?

    I cleared my cache and cookies for the last 7 days and then was able to log in again.

    When I was having the problem, I could not access it from my saved info or by typing in the website.

    After two days, it started giving me the 508 error again. I deleted cache, cookies, and history and it cleared up again.
