The easiest is grabbing a jar of peanut butter, use a spoon to scoop some out, enjoy. Almost as easy is measuring out a portion of almonds, then eating them one at a time.
Slightly more involved is cutting up cheese slices with apple slices.
Protein shakes are an obvious selection, your choice if you want to blend one from powder (possibly mixing in other ingredients like fruit, seeds, peanut butter, etc) or get a pre-mixed liquid shake where all you need to do is pop the top and chug.
You can find pre-cooked cans of tuna, chicken, turkey and more in the grocery store, just pop the top and chow down. Add some salt or 5-calorie hot sauce to improve the flavor.

Easiest for me: getting a Quest peanut butter protein bar out of my pantry. Instant 20 g. protein and only 1 g. sugar, 200 calories.
