Machka, after I paste an image in, I size it down to small with the two-ended arrow, then I choose the alignment icon, at left of the same box and choose to either "float right" or "float left." That allows it to wrap. "Float center" blocks any kind of wrapping, no matter the size. The hard part is figuring out where it's anchored, which is wherever you've pasted it in. I've deleted the images countless times while only trying to delete the text!

Doesn't show, by the way, for anyone using a phone to read these, as it just keeps the image the same width of the text column, and the text goes above and below (I tested).

    Later,
    Lisa

Heather - beautiful painting, one of your best ever I think. Glad you were able to get a prescription, and hope your UTI gets cleared up quickly.

Allie - Poor Tracy. Kidney stones are so painful, been there. Glad she's back home! Do they have any other backup if you weren't available for some reason?

Carol - congrats to your granddaughter, she's a great athlete. How is your son doing after his colon surgery? Back home now and enjoying solid food?

I see a local museum is having a "Fascinator" workshop in May. Hope they post photos of the different headpieces participants come up with.

Reminder for weekly Check-In if participating. 😁

Apparently, Tracey, there are a lot of Sylvans out there!
Didn't know until Mom got it home and in the lake that the pontoon she bought was a Sylvan model, LOL…

Listened to an interview with Tim Spector author of Food for Life yesterday a doctor from Britain who specializes in nutrition and gut microbiome. He had a stroke due to high blood pressure in 2012 which might have had something to do with his interest in the subject. He would have been 58 when it happened.

He reconfirmed much of what I am doing…He gave 7 things to aim for

    1. Eat 30 different plants a week. Nuts, seeds, herb, spices count…
    2. Eat the rainbow…each color have different polyphenols we need…
    3. Two to three fermented foods daily
    4. Cut down on meat substitute lentils, beans, mushrooms…
    5. Become a Qualitarian. Question the quality of the food you eat. Quality over quanity
    6. Eat in a window 8-12 hours so gut has 12-16 hours to rest
    7. Drink and eat food with enough water so you do not get dehydrated.

He does not count calories. Two foods can be the exact same calories one will nourish you and the other only taxes your gut and your liver. He follows the above guideline most of the time with a few times he goes off because of going out to eat and special occasions.

For 66 he looked healthy and at a good weight so he practices what suggests for others.

I have followed this way of eating for a little over a year now and have maintained my 27-30 pound weight loss. Blood pressure went from 140/90 to 105-115/70-75 pulse for 80's to 69.

I will have a physical in a couple of weeks so I will see how my blood work looks..

I just feel so much better.

When I am tempted I just look at the ultra high processed food and think what it does to me and what it does and has done to those I love and it stops me cold from picking it up and eating it.

Now I really enjoy my food because it tastes so good and it fills me up so I have no interest in snacking or eating in the evening.

Rosie – I’ve been using the free version since 2009 and never felt the need to go premium

Tracey – yesterday I was stress eating not being able to see PJ. But today I’m getting more and more of the feeling like “look how much money we’re saving”. Hey, I gotta look at it somehow!!!

Re – I like your sweeteners in your zucchini bread. How does allulose and monk fruit compare calorie-wise with regular sugar?

He’s working on our bathroom at the condo right now. Lowe’s just called since he’s ordering things (like the tub, drywall, etc) for us to pay. Can’t wait to see it!

After work stopped at WalMart since I needed a bandage for my wound. Went to Lowe’s Hardware to buy Preen. Home and cut the grass, put down the Preen, then the paver sand. Right as I finished, it started to rain. Which in a way was a good thing because you are supposed to wet the sand, and I didn’t have to.

The lady called about the bathroom. They’ll call tomorrow for an order, and just a heads up it’ll be a large order. I’m thinking about $1,000. They’ll call after we are back from bowling.

Off to take a shower, probably work some on my craft and make the bed.
