Finally. I have landed on my 'false low' of 147.6lbs!
I have just kept doing what I was doing, although this weekend I stuck to home cooking rather than indulged in a takeaway. Probably far less salt involved.
Will be delighted if I can get to exactly 147lbs for next week.

I'm Chris - 75 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
My husband and I are retired.
I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out since we have our Grandson every morning. He's 2 years old and a pistol!!

NoNo heat day 12 in northern Michigan now we had a horrible hot ice storm and multiple cities and Counties have no power including mine. Today is day two. Trees down everywhere looks like Ground Zero of the Apocalypse. No running water for bathrooms or drinking. Sitting in the dark. No one has Heat but my situation worse since we haven't had heat in 12 days and temperatures are getting down as low as 13ยฐ at night and very cold during the day. We went down to the 211 and Red Cross collaborative emergency shelter that was set up just so we could charge our phones. Tomorrow will probably try to find a city somewhere that has power and open Hotel rooms. I absolutely have to have a hot shower and I need some warmth. Cat Pebbles is doing okay. Took her somewhere where they have a wood stove. They offered me and my son a place to sleep but they only have one bedroom and already three people there. The emergency shelter was open but I just don't feel like I would sleep well or be very comfortable so I'm going to start searching for a hotel tomorrow on my phone. I'll catch up on post as soon as I can. Please pray for us. This is one of the worst situations I've ever been in. Thinking of you all and Hope that you all round out the month of March with the progress you were hoping for!

I weighed myself yesterday and was at 256. The beginning weight was also 256, which was the day of my colonoscopy so I literally had nothing in my system. Yesterday was a repeat colonoscopy so again, at 256.I can own my behavior. Havenโt been to the gym like I should. Havenโt been getting my steps. Eating has generally been good with the exception of St. Patrickโs. but Iโve also partaken of too much dessert, with the mindset that fasting days would make up for the over calories. It did not.
Lessons learned. Ready for a new month!1 -
