APRIL Walk/Jog/Run/Bike miles or steps challenge

April 2025 is upon us! Where does the time go I might ask?????
April challenge same as last month. Choose your mode of f exercise steps/miles.
Come as often as possible to log your progress.Hope too see all our last month group & hopefully some new faces! 😛Well you know what I mean? lol
MY personal goal will be 100 outside walking miles/steps….

You just come often as you can & log progress. You Come to this particular thread. You can come daily OR once a week & log several days
YES its from day one April 1st through Aoril 30th.

I’m the one who started it Many years ago.(over 10 years) Cant find it on phone but last time I looked on desk too computer it was over ten years.
When I started it? It got me to walking most every day! I lost 50 pounds just walking & I felt so much better. My Blood pressure even came down. There was one year or close to a year I was HERE on these challenges all by myself 😩 BUT I kept it going for ME as well as the many that have come & gone over those years…
